KissAsia (https://kissasia.lol) takes copyright claims seriously and maintains a structured process for handling them. We are a streaming aggregation platform — we embed videos from third-party hosts rather than storing them ourselves.

Understanding Our Platform

Videos shown on KissAsia are hosted on external platforms and displayed here through embedded players. Submitting a notice to us removes the embed from our Site. To remove the underlying video file, you must also contact the video hosting platform directly.

Step 1 — Submit a Takedown Notice

Email a written notice to support@kissasia.lol. Your notice must include:

Identification of the work: The title and description of the copyrighted work you own;
Location of infringement: The exact URL(s) on https://kissasia.lol where the content appears;
Your contact details: Full name, postal address, phone number, and email;
Good faith belief statement: That you believe the use is unauthorized;
Accuracy declaration: Under penalty of perjury that the information is correct and you are authorized to act;
Your signature: Physical or electronic.

Step 2 — Review and Action

We will review your notice in good faith. If it meets the requirements, we may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content on our Site and notify the relevant user. We reserve the right to determine whether removal is appropriate.

Step 3 — Counter-Notice

If you are the user whose content was removed and you believe it was taken down by mistake, you may file a counter-notice to support@kissasia.lol with: your signature; identification of the removed content; a statement under penalty of perjury that removal was in error; and your contact details and jurisdictional consent statement.

Step 4 — Restoration Window

After a valid counter-notice is received, we will notify the original complainant. We may restore the content 10–14 business days later unless the complainant initiates court action during that period.

Repeat Infringers

Repeated validated infringement notices against the same user may result in permanent termination of access. We maintain records of notices received and take repeat infringement seriously.

False Claims

Knowingly misrepresenting infringement or counter-claims carries legal liability under the DMCA. Verify all facts before submitting.
