KissAsia is a streaming platform that aggregates and embeds video content from third-party hosting services. We do not create or host video files. We provide the interface, navigation, and categorization — videos are delivered by external platforms.
2. Eligibility and Acceptance
You must be at least 13 years old. By using the Site, you represent you are legally able to enter a binding agreement and that you accept these Terms fully.
3. Intellectual Property
The Site’s design, code, text, and organization are owned by or licensed to KissAsia. We grant you a limited personal, non-commercial use license only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site Content. All video content belongs to its respective rights holders; we grant no rights in it.
4. Prohibited Conduct
- Automated access, scraping, crawling, or data extraction by any method;
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to Site systems or infrastructure;
- Uploading, transmitting, or distributing malware or disruptive code;
- Impersonating KissAsia or any individual or entity;
- Using the Site for unauthorized commercial purposes or to compete with us;
- Reproducing or redistributing Site content without written permission.
5. Third-Party Content
The Site embeds content from third-party platforms. We do not control, endorse, or take responsibility for third-party content, its legality, or its accuracy. Your use of third-party content is at your own risk and subject to those platforms’ own terms and policies.
6. Copyright and DMCA

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties regarding availability, accuracy, fitness for purpose, or freedom from errors or harmful content. Third-party video content is not vetted by us.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KissAsia is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data or profits — arising from your use of the Site or any third-party content accessed through it.

You agree to indemnify KissAsia from any claim or expense (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of any third-party right.

We may update these Terms; the “Last Updated” date reflects the current version. Continued use constitutes acceptance. Applicable law governs these Terms. Statutory consumer rights are not affected.
